We are currently looking for the following:
EVENT STAFF
Event Assistants: Help with the setup, operation, and tear down of equipment at events. Position may also document event with photos and video, as well as monitors event for guest safety.
Events Leads: Drive equipment to and from events and help with the setup, operation, and tear down of equipment at events. Interact with clients and their guests to deliver various types of entertainment. Position may also document events with photos and video, as well as monitors event for guest safety.
Warehouse Assistant: Clean and store equipment as it comes back from events. Organize the work area for efficiency. Prepare materials for events. Re-order supplies as needed.
OFFICE STAFF
Social Media Manager: Post company related content on our social media channels and blogs. Interact with channel visitors. Maintain and distribute company newsletters. Report on social media and newsletter metrics.
Booking Assistant: Monitor phone lines, voice mail, texts, and email for client communication. Respond as appropriate.
